Booking/Security Deposit: €300 refundable at the end of the academic year provided the room and common living area has been checked and has been found in condition as stated in terms and conditions. This deposit will be refunded 6/8 weeks on departure.
Energy contribution: €400 payable on the 14th August 2026 – balance if any returned at the end of the academic year.
Service Charges: €450 payable on the 14th August 2026 which is non refundable and includes refuse, TV Licence, broadband.

Cancellation Policy:
First Year Students: in the event of written cancellation by 5.00 pm on the date of the first round CAO offers, €150.00 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refunded for cancellation after this date.
All other Students: In the event of written cancellation by 5.00 pm on 10th July 2026 €150.00, of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellation after this date.
