Courtville is a 2 min walk from Munster Technology University (MTU).
Crawford College of Art & Design, Cork College of Commerce, Cork School of Music, St. John’s Central College are all within a 10 minute walk from our Abbey Wharf/North Abbey Street complexes.
Accommodation fees are payable in two instalments 19th August and 2nd December 2022.
Payments can be accepted by credit transfer to our bank account, cash, cheque or bank draft payable to The Abbey Partnership.
Yes, kitchens are fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob oven and cooker, cooker hood, cultlery and crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, ,smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, iron and board, vaccum cleaner, storage heaters, The dining area comprises of dining table and chairs, television and couch.. Each bedroom is equipped with study desk and chair, bedside locker, fitted wardrobe. Wheelie bins are provided for each complex
Abbey Wharf /North Abbey Street has no allocated car parking but on street parking is available.
At Courtville there is a limited amount of car parking spaces located at the front of Courtville and same are allocated on a first come first served basis. Car registration numbers must be registered with the office to avoid any clamping.
All our complexes have full wireless internet connections. Wifi codes are displayed in each apartment.
No, the entire complexes are non-smoking, and all rooms are fitted with smoke detectors.
Our Caretaker will meet you on the check in date.
Our Caretaker’s number will be given to you on check in and he will be happy to assist you with any issues you have with your apartment.
You can contact our Caretaker. However there is a charge for replacement of any lost keys.
Deposits are returned within 8 weeks at the end of the academic year.
Yes, each apartment has a washing machine for laundry facilities. There is no extra charge.
